Customers are presented with the flexibility to choose from a range of membership plan depending up on the time period they opt for.
- 1 Month Membership: 599(¥)
- 3 Months Membership: 1599(¥)
- 6 Months Membership: 2599(¥)
- 1 Year Membership: 4599(¥)
- As part of their membership benefits, plan holders are entitled to source for the product of they require. The first three (3) distinct product categories of their choice will be included with the subscription plan . For each additional product category beyond the initial three, an extra charge of 500 RMB per category will apply.
- Payment methods accepted for membership plans and related services encompass WeChat, Alipay, and secure payment links.
- It is crucial to note that all payments made are strictly non-refundable and considered final upon transaction completion.

1. Order Placement and Product Specifications
- 1.1. Customers can initiate the ordering process by submitting detailed product inquiries and orders specifying their exact product requirements, including product descriptions, models, quantities, and any other relevant specifications.
- 1.2. Following the submission of the product request, we will promptly respond with a comprehensive quotation, including a breakdown of costs such as product prices, shipping charges, customs fees, and any applicable taxes or tariffs.

2. Product Sourcing and Quality Assurance
- 2.1. We take the responsibility for sourcing the specified products of the customer’s choice from reputable suppliers within our extensive network. It should also be noted that the suppliers in our data base have been verified in person by our staff before entering them to the system , thus eliminating the chance of any means of forgery .
- 2.2. Our commitment to quality assurance encompasses ensuring that the sourced products meet or exceed the agreed-upon specifications. Any deviations, defects, or discrepancies will be addressed with utmost urgency and transparency.

3. Shipping and Delivery
- 3.1. Shipping terms, such as EXW (Ex Works), FOB (Free On Board), CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight), and others, will be explicitly defined within the contract or invoice to ensure clarity and transparency.
- 3.2. We are fully equipped to manage all aspects of shipping, including customs clearance, documentation, and efficient logistics coordination, unless alternative arrangements are specified by the customer.
- 3.3. The delivery timeline for each order may fluctuate based on various factors, including product availability, selected shipping methods, and destination. Should any delays occur, customers will receive immediate and detailed communication regarding the situation.

4. Export Regulations and Compliance
- 4.1. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the importation of the ordered products adheres to the regulations and laws of their respective countries. It is imperative for customers to conduct due diligence and verify compliance with local import regulations.
- 4.2. We are fully equipped to provide the necessary export documentation, including certificates of origin and compliance, as required by relevant authorities, facilitating a smooth and compliant importation process.

5. Warranty and Returns
- 5.1. Product warranties, if applicable, will be stated in the contract or invoice.
- 5.2. Customers should report any product defects or issues within a reasonable time frame between 7-14 days of receiving the goods , for resolution.

6.1. Customers can opt for additional services, including:
- Direct Factory Visit: For customers seeking an in-depth understanding of the production process, we provide invitations and arrange amenities for factory visits. We are also equipped to provide a round trip ticket, book stays during the entire visit and other amenities as per the request of the customer.
- Translator services: For customers requiring language support during business interactions, translator services are available at an extra charge of 600 per day, facilitating effective communication.
- 6.2 The Customer can also opt to view the products being packed for shipping on live streaming. Available for an extra charge of 600 per day .

8. Confidentiality & Dispute Resolution
- Both parties agree to treat any confidential information shared during the business relationship with the utmost confidentiality and not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration, as agreed upon by both parties.
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of China. Any legal actions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Chinese court. WeMallpro Global reserves the right to amend these Terms. Any amendments will be communicated to customers in writing and will apply to future transactions.
- By engaging in business with WeMallpro Global , you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Foreign Trade Terms and Conditions. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the customer and WeMallpro Global for all business transactions.
